Cryptoplatform
My Role
I joined this project from day one, evolving it from a mini-game within a Telegram tap app into a full-scale web platform built around a native token economy. As lead designer, I shaped not only the UX and UI but also core product mechanics and feature concepts. I worked closely with the dev team—managing implementation, solving technical blockers, and even building key interfaces like the Explore page to accelerate the rollout.

Overview
CryptoPlatform is a web-native evolution of the Clicker universe, built for a crypto-savvy audience and designed to turn passive holders into active participants. It combines staking, gamified earning, and a multi-level referral system, all revolving around a native token that powers the entire ecosystem.
The key mechanic: every game, action, or referral boosts the value of the token—not just trading. This turns community activity into a growth engine. To support this, token burning mechanisms were introduced and airdrops gave users full ownership from the start.
Throughout the project, I maintained and expanded the design system to support new features quickly under tight iteration cycles.
Core Mechanics & UX
Multi-token staking
Users earn passive income through native-token staking, with intuitive flows and clear APY feedback.
MLM-based referral system
Custom-built to encourage long-term viral growth, the referral tree is visualized in a clean, non-spammy interface.
Mini-games with gambling focus
Drawing from the success of the Clicker’s Miner game, the platform features games where users wager and win native tokens—creating active economic loops and boosting user retention.

Approach
A major challenge was speed: the platform had to launch fast, with a growing audience already warmed up by the Telegram tap game. To meet this, I stepped into a lead role on the front-end—building the Explore page myself and guiding implementation across the UI.
Beyond visuals, I helped architect systems where staking, gaming, and referrals felt natively connected—not like separate features stitched together. My goal was a frictionless, immersive experience where users understand the platform’s value in seconds.
Outcome
The platform launched successfully and continues to expand with an active, engaged user base. Its economic model proved sticky, and the combination of games, staking, and MLM mechanics continues to attract both new users and high-retention players.
Next steps
The team is currently working on additional PvP game modes, quest-based token rewards, and NFT integrations—turning the ecosystem into a full-blown crypto-native arcade with real yield.
